07.04.2021 - Sustainability
The World Health Organisation (WHO) was founded in 1948. The global World Health Day on 7 April reminds us of this event - and of the high value that health has for all of us.
The best possible health for all people so that they can lead socially and economically productive lives: This is the official goal of the World Health Organisation in Geneva. There is still a lot to be done on the way to achieving that goal.
It is therefore no coincidence that this year's motto for 7 April focuses on health equity: It is "Building a fairer, healthier world".
And it is also an indication that during the pandemic, inequalities in the world are becoming more apparent and more acute.
With our purpose "Together for a better life", we are also contributing to this global cause. Because we know that hygiene is indispensable for people's health.
With our high standards of sustainability, we manufacture products that provide a safe sense of hygiene and contribute to the well-being of millions of people throughout Europe every day.
And at the same time, we succeed in conserving raw materials and protecting our environment.
We are very proud to be able to contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of life of many people.
