Management Board Member Menno Oosterhoff will step down from the Management Board with effect from May 1, 2025
Changes in the WEPA Group Management Board
As part of the ongoing development of the WEPA Group’s management structure, Menno Oosterhoff, who has been a member of the Management Board as CEO of the WEPA Business Unit Consumer, will step down from the Management Board with effect from May 1, 2025, as his contract was limited to a term of three years and is coming to its planned conclusion.
At the same time, the contracts of the remaining members of the Management Board were extended by a further five years. The Management Board of the WEPA Group will consist of four members:
Martin Krengel (CEO, WEPA Group), Ralph Dihlmann (CFO, WEPA Group), Harm Bergmann-Kramer (COO, WEPA Group) and Andreas Krengel (CEO, Business Unit Professional and Business Unit Circular Solutions).
Menno Oosterhoff has been a member of the Management Board since August 2022, with responsibility for the Business Unit Consumer. Over the past three years, he has played a key role in the development of the business. Among his many achievements, he was instrumental in transforming the WEPA Business Unit Consumer into an outside-in driven organisation, significantly enhancing a customer-centric approach and strategic alignment with external market dynamics.

With effect from May 1, 2025, following Menno Oosterhoff’s departure, Stefano D’Onofrio, Director Finance, Business Unit Consumer, who has been with WEPA for a long time, will take on the responsibilities of the Business Unit Consumer on an interim basis together with the Consumer Business team. This assignment will be carried out without responsibility at Management Board level. Stefano D’Onofrio will report to Andreas Krengel on the Management Board.
