Reception at the headquarter in Müschede

 
I had an old heirloom from my grandmother, which I sold at a TV show. The intention behind it was to use the proceeds to finish my balcony. I still like the idea that my grandmother is now indirectly responsible for my great balcony. I love sitting there with the whole family. Since I am a real family man, my home and my family are the most important things to me. This is what inspired me directly at WEPA. I felt taken as I am and accepted into the team from second one. I had gained another family in addition to my large family at home. 

In my job at the head office, openness, communication and helpfulness are essential. I don't think you would think of that last point right away, but I think it's the most important one. Because if you enjoy "helping" at reception, you automatically enjoy your job. Most people who call me need help quickly, a contact person quickly, or a specific piece of information quickly. The requirement is usually the same: it should happen quickly in the best case. So it is important to keep a cool head and not to get into stress. Often the "quiet way" has actually turned out to be the fastest.
