Our trainees at the Arnsberg site started their professional future at the beginning of August. A few weeks later, five trainees look back on the past time and talk about their start of training at WEPA. They told us what it means to start a new phase of life and how they dealt with the new challenge. The new colleagues are sure of one thing: training is and remains exciting!
