The WEPA Sustainability
Stakeholder Advisory Council

A courageous step in our sustainability transformation journey

As a long-term oriented family business that thinks and acts beyond generations, sustainability has always been the foundation of our actions. It is deeply embedded in our DNA and has shaped the way we operate, develop, and take responsibility over time. Step by step, we have continuously evolved — and today, we are in the midst of a profound transformation. We consider ourselves frontrunners in sustainability within our industry – and we take this responsibility seriously.

We are convinced: being a frontrunner also means regularly questioning ourselves, staying open to new perspectives, and holding up the mirror to our own actions.

This is exactly why we have taken a confident step forward with the establishment of the WEPA Sustainability Stakeholder Advisory Council — a milestone in our sustainability journey. This independent panel of renowned experts brings outside-in perspectives that challenge and inspire us. They accompany our transformation by helping us to stay focused, ambitious, and transparent.
