We use Google Analytics – a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google uses cookies. The information generated by cookies on how the user accesses the information provided online is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate how users access the information we provide online, compile reports on website activities and provide the website operator with other services connected to the use of this website and the use of the internet. Masked (pseudonymous) user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with IP masking enabled. This means that Google will shorten the IP address of users within Member States of the European Union or in another state that is party to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent cookies being stored by modifying a corresponding setting in their browser. Users may also prevent Google from capturing data generated by the cookie relating to their use of the website and from processing such data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available through the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
For further information regarding Google's use of data for advertising purposes, preferences and opt-out options, please visit the following Google websites: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites (“how Google uses information from sites or apps of our partners”), policies.google.com/technologies/ads (data use for advertising purposes), www.google.de/settings/ads ("manage which information Google uses to show you advertising") and www.google.com/ads/preferences (“determine which advertising Google shows you”).
Our website uses the plug-ins of the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc. 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
A connection to the Vimeo servers is established each time you visit one of our pages that has a Vimeo plug-in. The Vimeo server will know which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. This happens even if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have an account with Vimeo. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to the Vimeo server in the USA.
If you are logged in to your Vimeo account, you allow Vimeo to associate your surfing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account.
For further information on how Vimeo handles user data, please refer to Vimeo's privacy policy: vimeo.com/privacy.
This website uses Adobe Typekit web fonts. Typekit is a service provided by Adobe. This service provides fonts that are displayed on the user's web browser after a server call to Adobe (in the USA). Adobe stores the IP address of the browser being used on the user's device connected to this website at a minimum. For further information, please refer to Typekit’s privacy policy: www.adobe.com/uk/privacy/policies/typekit.html

For further information on the analysis of data by the CleverReach newsletter, please visit: www.cleverreach.com/en/features/reporting-tracking/.
Data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. If you do not want CleverReach to analyse your data, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. To do this, you can use the corresponding link provided in each newsletter. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly from the website.
The data you provide us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, and will then be erased from both our servers and CleverReach's servers after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains unaffected by this.
