Team Leader Logistics (shipping)

I’ve been working in logistics for decades, and every year I put off my retirement a little longer because I feel so comfortable at WEPA. Here, I feel like part of a community and like I’m able to do something for others. I was able to train my future successor myself and hope that I could pass on a little of my enthusiasm for this work to him.

WEPA has also strongly motivated me to protect the environment both at work and outside of it. Because this is so important to me, I am now also responsible for waste separation at home. When my professional adventure comes to an end, I want to get back to some of the things I've been setting aside for a long time – like fishing. It allows me to withdraw and live out my quieter side.
