The expansion of our site in Bridgend, UK includes substantial investment in the production capacity. A main focus in this respect is the construction of a new paper machine that allows us to produce an additional 65,000 tons of toilet paper and kitchen towels for the British consumer market.

More than 50 additional job opportunities will be created for local people as part of the overall investment, in addition to the more than 270 people we already employ in Bridgend.
We are very pleased that work is now well underway, and that our South Wales-based construction team, Andrew Scott Ltd, is driving this ambitious project forward.

The first lorries have arrived at the plant and have already unloaded precast concrete parts such as columns, roof beams and other building components – some of which are up to 25 metres long. Manufactured by the German company Monnerjahn, more than 600 single prefabricated parts will ultimately be delivered to the construction site on 45 lorries. This is a key phase in the whole building project – and our sincere gratitude goes to everyone involved in this impressive operation.
