With a dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, you start your future with WEPA.
As a Bachelor of Arts, you will support our company processes from incoming orders to customer service. Your areas of work are diverse, including marketing in sales, logistics in HR and controlling. You will be employed in an international family company and after a short time you will take on responsibility for your own tasks and projects.

| How will your training at WEPA work? | During your training you will get to know different departments. From sales and purchasing to finance and accounting. You will also attend lectures at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie in Arnsberg. After 1.5 years you will receive a degree as an Industriekaufmann and after another 2 years you will receive a Bachelor of Arts (B. A.). |
