| How will your training at WEPA work? | You will complete your training in block phases in the company and spend about 16 weeks a year in the paper-making school. At school you will be taught the theoretical knowledge which you can immediately apply in practice with us. During your training, you will pass through a wide variety of areas including laboratory, stock preparation and paper machines. |
