A study carried out by the F.A.Z. Institute, which assessed 22,000 companies, found that WEPA Group is the number one employer in the paper and processing industry.

In addition to employer performance, other factors which play an important role in the selection of an employer, such as profitability, product and service performance, sustainability and family friendliness were also assessed. “This study confirms that we are a highly attractive employer, which is hugely important at a time of increasing skills shortages, where competition for the best talent is high,” says Dr. Hendrik Otto, board member at WEPA Group. “WEPA is a family company; value-orientated cooperation, the compatibility of family and career, and sustainability are equally as important to us as personnel development, innovation and future orientation.” As a Europe-wide company with around 4,000 employees, WEPA also offers an international working environment.
